BEETLE OBSESSION

I thought I was over the beetle thing,
but I can't quite let it go.
I have had the drawing urge yet again and have some ideas for enamels and beetles bubbling up.

    Do you want to be over the 'beetle thing'? To me they are synonomous with your enamel work, in the same way as I think of beautifully informed bird studies when I think of your collagraphs. If the drawings needed to be made then I don't think the insect world is done with you yet!

    Insects, fish and birds all offer such variety and scope for artists.
